"Solace" Opening Reception at Piano and Wine.

"Solace", small sculptures by Seattle artist James C. Bassett, launches Piano and Wine's pairing of fine Northwest art with fine Northwest wines.   Piano and Wine is San Juan Vineyards'  downtown tasting room, 55 Spring Street, Friday Harbor. The exhibition runs May 18 through July 9, 2012. Bassett will join us from 5-7 PM, May 18.

2012 Summer Barrel Tasting June 9 at the Vineyard!

We proudly hold two Barrel Tastings a year -- one over Thanksgiving week-end as our Holiday tasting, and the other is in June -- our Summer tasting of new releases and what's aging in the barrels.

For the Summer Barrel tasting, we enjoy the sunshine and set up down by the Tasting Room. Chris brings the barrels of wine down with the forklift, and a grand time is had with an outdoor BBQ going, the Tiki bar is set up with varietal tastings, and the tasting room hums.
